Bots in Co-Op all the time
Hello,
This image is from a Match were I've just lost against bots. Yes, that's possible, and no, it wasn't because I'm a horrible player. We (Soraka and I) have fought in 2 v 4, because all the others on our team were bots too. [I have left his name in, because he fought well, and there's no shame in losing in 2 v 4. The others are all bots, so their names should be public as well. ]
Now, some of you probably think that's a load of sloblock, but it isn't. In 3 out of 5 Co-Op games, there's at least 1 bot player, but 3 is the most I have played with (EU North server). It happened twice, once on Tuesday, and once today, that 3 of 5 on our team were artificial "players". It's really irritating, because they can only die, and doesn't do anything else. They don't attack, they walk right under towers to die, they feed the bots, and they even make the loading time a lot longer.
How can you identify a bot player?
- Their name is a combination of an existing name (for example Rose) and some random letters. (aGziRose)
- They always instalock and use only free to play characters.
- They always have Heal + Ghost.
- They never communicate in any way. No pings, no emoticons, nothing. Now, I have met a guy who said they are capable of simple lines, but I have never seen any of this in person.
- They never do anything random in the beginning, just stay until the minions have spawned and then go to a random lane to die. Sometimes some of them do move, but only if there are more than 2 of them, and one will stay anyway.
- They constantly change lanes irrationally, for example they pick a Support and go to mid, they die, and go to top, they die, then they go to bot, they die.
- They start the game by disconnecting, then they reconnect. All the time.
Why is this bad, you ask? Because of the picture I have linked. No matter how good you are, there's a 95% that you'll lose, because the enemy bots gang on you, and as in this case, they have an insane amount of CC, they don't mind wasting literally all of their spells on just one target, and in the time you're respawning, they destroy your towers. I can show a lot more screencaps showing matches were I have lost because they simply overpower you, and in my case, it happens every time when I use a champion for the first time.
inb4 play another game mode
Sure, but this is the most secure way to get your First Win, your missions, etc. And to try differnt champions with different builds. I love Co-Op, and I wish to enjoy it, but these bots (and by the way, very low level players who have 0 idea about this game) are destroying the fun experience.
This question goes to Riot: Why aren't you doing something with this? Why do you allow these bot accounts to play? I can identify them from a mile away, even before a match starts, why can't you? Or are they your creations? There aren't enough players on your servers?
I don't care if I get banned from the boards for this post, because it consists of facts, and if you ban my account from the game, well, you will lose a paying costumer...
