[GAMEPLAY] Rammus Q Doesn't work on Dragons

I played rammus in the jungles a few times last night and I had noticed in a couple games that Rammus's Q doesn't go off on the dragon(Flying or idle) all it does is build speed and ends because I did not run into anything. it didn't matter what dragon was up (happened on Ocean,Mountain, Cloud and Infernal) (I am not sure about elder dragon) Edit 5:40pm Does the same thing on elder dragon
