Heimerdinger Glitch

So I know that Heimerdinger is kinda an overlooked champion but there is this annoying glitch that makes it nearly impossible to hit his turrets. When the turrets get knocked up they just stay there awkward to target and just annoying I would like this to be fixed pleased. Thank You
