Keep getting instantly auto-declined trying to get in Ranked Solo/Duo

Each time I queue up for ranked play after a few mins the queue pops but instead of giving me the option to accept or decline it instantly auto-declines and I have to start over. I can't get in. No I did not decline before. I just finished my last game. . . Please fix this Riot. It has cost me 13 LP so far..

If someone has had this happen and knows of a solution please let me know. . .

I have now lost another 10 LP and am banned 30 mins. I tried resetting the client. No good. Riot ..... FIX THIS NOW!!!!!! I won't be playing again until I know this won't happen again.

I have reset my computer and the client twice. I can't play at all.

It's happening to me too! Every time a match is found, it just declines and Rito tells me that I've been banned from the queue because of my declining!!!
