[GAMEPLAY] Zilean and Kindred Ultimates Bug
If Zilean
ults an ally, and the ally then dies to proc the revive, but a Kindred
ults over their revival location, they'll revive with only 1 health rather than the full amount. I assumed this was because Zilean's ult was considered a heal, but the post-game stats don't show any sort of healing from his ult, so it must be something different.
I spoke to Riot Support about it:
"Zilean's Ult is not really considered a heal. It's more like doing a system restore in the Windows OS. I can see why you would ask though. His ult is very similar to heals but the mechanic is quite different." -Spine Splitter, Player Support Specialist
On pointing out that this amount "restored" is still prevented by Kindred ult even though it's not technically a heal, I got this response:
"You got a point, Summoner. Even though Zilean's ultimate is not considered as a heal, Kindred's ult still prevent's the champion being revived, gain HP. Zilean is getting an update in the PBE right now so I believe you could post your opinions and suggestions on the PBE thread." -jeProx, Player Support Specialist
But since that PBE change has already gone to the live servers, I don't know if posting on the PBE thread will change anything. I've posted on a few other threads about this bug, but haven't gotten a response yet, so I'm trying my luck with my own post. I also have a video of the bug happening:

To Reproduce: 1 - Zilean ults an ally and they die, beginning the revival animation 2 - Kindred (ally or enemy) ults a target so that the zone overlaps the reviving ally 3 - The "healing block" for low health targets keeps the ally at 1 health when they revive
It's happened consistently for me, and this might also occur for a GA
, since the effects are so similar.
