Placements bug

Many players who play their first game of placements today mostly after sylas release get provisonal rank plat 1 even they were gold or silver last season im sure this happens in flex 5v5 not sure about solo q but i think it does too .. So maybe fix the problem because i want to play ranked and im afraid you will reset placements and all the playing i do will be for nothing this happened in eune server btw
