[CLIENT] 1920x1080 window size too large for a 1920x1080 screen

didn't play for about a week so I am going to assume that this bug came in with the new patch, from what I could see changing the window size from the client options to anything other than 1920x1080 makes the client take the proper size, in other terms this issue is only for 1920x1080. I tried/checked the obvious things, namely: 1. restarting the client 2. restarting the computer 3. checking windows display resolution 4. making sure that no compatibility options are used 5. full repair from client options
