Azir summon tower bug
I don't know why ,but after I use Azir passive"Shurima Legacy "my Shurima tower was destroy ,but after it was destroy I can summon a other Shurima while it was on cooldown.This is abnormal and this happen in rank match.

did you actually try summoning it a second time? ive had that happen before where that icon pops up but when i click it the animation goes through but no new turret is formed.
