[GAMEPLAY] FIZZ BUG! GAMEBREAKING! FIX ASAP!

This bug happens to fizz's E ability. It makes it become unlearned! Literally 30 minutes into a ranked game I could not use my E for the rest of the game!! Even though I had previously used it in the game up to that point. The icon of the ability had the same shadow effect as an ability that hasn't been learned yet. When i was stunned and all of my abilities had the red X over them saying you cannot use them, my E ability did not show this X. It was instead acting as tho it had yet to be learned and couldn't be used regardless.

As to how to reproduce the glitch, I do not exactly know. All I can tell you is how it happened. Within 5 seconds, I used protobelt 01 first , then I used my E, then after I landed Zac knocked me up, as I landed from the knockup I was about to die, so i proceeded to Q into him to get as much damage off as i could. (as I died I used Q on him.) After this happened, when I respawned my E ability was unable to be used for the rest of the game. I even tried re logging in. I tried clicking hourglass as well as protobelt randomly and it did nothing either. Even after I died again I was still unable to use it. When I would click E it would say something like "cannot use this ability right now" It had nothing to do with mana, just literally couldn't use the ability. It completely ruined my game and also cost me 17LP. I hope you guys are able to fix this so it doesn't happen again. I took a (sadly blurry) picture of it before the game ended as well, you can indeed see what the button looked like in the game from the picture. Please help!
