Taliyah ult physics bug

I was running past my nexus, heading out of base and standing very close to the nexus when Taliyah (she was on my team) used her ult to zoom from the fountain out of base. The wall she made hit me and knocked me into my nexus, I clipped into it and ended up stuck partially inside it and unable to move or get out.

This wasn't a huge issue this time as we were losing badly and the enemy charged into our base and finished destroying the nexus moments later, but if this had happened earlier, not sure how I would have gotten out.
