Ghost games/reconnect bug--did anyone get their LP compensated? @rito I sent a support, WYA?
So I was in a ranked game a day or two ago around 8pm EST and I won like, really hard. Anyways, I realized there might be lag issues because before the game during champion select, the timer reached 0 but I didn't get in game. Luckily I didn't leave and a teammate of mine commented "?" before we went in game ~30 seconds later. After the game, the lag was still there and I clicked "Skip waiting for stats" to leave League. I decided to go on later but I saw a "reconnect" screen even though there was no game active. I also checked op.gg and lolnexus.com and lolking.net to see if 1) I was in game and 2) if I see the game on my match history/got the points for the game. 1) I was not and 2) I did not receive any compensation for that game.
I know this has been happening to a few people and I even sent in a support ticket. Usually RITO replies within a few hours give or take within the span of a day. Unfortunately, it's been 2 days and they still haven't responded. I've browsed google to see if any LP was ever compensated. Some people claim that they were compensated a few games later. Well, it has been a few games later and I still see no change. Rito, please fix this because we are all human and we do not like spending 30 minutes in a game that meant nothing (unless you lost that game :P)
