Ashe Arrow Bug [Gameplay]

In the most recent game I played there was a situation at the start of a team-fight where the Ashe on our team fired her arrow at the enemy carry (Jinx) subsequently phasing right through her as if it missed. I am, of course, saying that the arrow did not miss. It actually phased directly through her body with no effect. The ensuing chat in game consisted of a few questions to verify what actually happened, and members of both teams verified that the same thing happened: the arrow should have hit and instead phased right through Jinx with no effect.

I do not know how to duplicate this bug, but it is certainly something to take into note and monitor. Unfortunately, I also did not record a replay of that game either, but, if it helps at all, my summoner name is Finetzio, the match lasted 42:44, and occurred today (3/2/15) between 10:30 and 11:25 central standard time (UTC-6) approximately.
