Karthus One For All Abstain

I played a 5-man one for all, we all chose abstain so we could get a random champion. First we got Rengar, and we thought it was fun, so we tried it again We then got Karthus, who is automatically banned by the system. The only way to reproduce this issue is to:

Play a One For All Game
Have everyone Abstain

I saw this bug reported last time we had ACTUAL OFA (not part of RGM) where a team had gotten 5 Teemo. Nothing was done about it then, and I'm not sure any Rioters even commented on the post or noticed it. This is nothing new however.

Dude that's actually awesome. I hate that Teemo and Karthus are perma-banned. It's honestly the reason I stopped playing One for All, I hate that I can't even vote to play as my favorite champion and it makes me feel discriminated against by the community.
