Kayle Passive Manipulation

When Kayle use Elixer of skill she can manipulate her passive because Kayle passive work that instad of the lvl she suppose to get to active its the amount of skills she upgraded I mean if Kayle is lvl 6 but you didn't open her ultimate or any other skill then her passive at lvl 6 wont work so by using Elixer of Skill Kayle can use her lvl 16 passive at a lower lvl depanding on how much elixir of skill she used this problame can be fixed by that when kayle get to her needed lvl her passive will unlock automaticly instead of the skills upgraded
