Spectating Crash

Today I've been trying to spectate some matches, and it will get to where everyone is loading in, but it's just a black screen. The one time I got through to actually see the champs loading in, they stopped loading halfway through. Now it's back to just a black screen. I can't even alt+tab out of it. I had to ctrl+alt+delete out of it. I get either a "Connection failure. Retry?" message or the "User date unavailable. Game will now close" error message. Using a Toshiba laptop running Windows 7, and League is up to date. Please fix, Riot!
