Champ select laggy

Hello,

Game runs fine however champ select is ridiculously laggy ialmost cant select a champ before time lags out. The rest of the client is a little laggy too but not as bad as champ select. However once the game is loaded it runs just fine.

I've already tried the usual stuff reinstalled a million times etc.

Also sometimes when i press the spacebar in conjuction with another input league will freeze and i can't shut it down or tab out. I have to ctrl alt del and log out lol. this is probably unrelated to my first issue though.

This seems to be along the lines of alot of other comments and persistent behavior I am seeing. I will get into champ select only for my client to lag out and not get restored until right after ban phase, resulting in me not being able to ban. Even worse I have been able to ban, but seen the client lag after that resulting in the timer going to 0, me seeing all team mates leave the lobby in chat, while I sit and wait for my time to pick. Only to find that I have failed to pick my champion in time, be given a leaver penalty, and a dodge queue timer.......

Can confirm this happened to me too, not only that sometimes the game just declines me off games and gives me leaverbuster for declining games when I literally pressed Accept.

still happening and been happening for ages now, oce, high end pc gtx 1080ti and intel i7
