Tribunal still broken (ultra slow?)
I haven't seen a case in months. I have the page on a 3 min auto-refresh.

i haven't had a case pop up in almost 3 months and that is with checking every day.
same message every time "The Tribunal is currently building more cases. Please return later to vote on summoner case files. "
They've been reworking it for what, a year? It's gonna be several more months before they debut the new one.
Tribunal is still broken in general imo. I seen players get chat ban that do not even chat in game.
