UI Display not working with selling units

I had a TF with brawler's glove. After 1-2 I sold the TF, but the UI display on the bottom still had the sell unit display and I couldn't buy any champions as a result. I waited another round and the sell unit display was still there.

I have also had this happen several times. In several different games. I cannot duplicate either the bug or the fix, but it can last several rounds. I will try to update if I figure out the trigger.
