Making Tristana a Blademaster causes her auto attacks to not register

I just finished a game of TFT where I lost because my Tristana (which was one of my main damage dealers) was no longer dealing damage when the Blademaster passive triggered on her. She would do the animation of the triple attack but the first two attacks wouldn't deal damage.

My composition was: 3* Tristana (Rapidfire Cannon, Blade of the Ruined King) 3* Graves (Blood Thirster, Red Buff, Titanic Hydra) 3* Shen 2* Gangplank 2* Miss Fortune (Guardian Angel, Knight's Vow, Rabadon's Deathcap) 2* Draven 2* Sejuani 2* Yasuo

So far I have only encountered the bug once, and Tristana was properly executing her auto attacks when there was only the 3 Blademaster and 2 Gunslinger combo, but it seems when both happen at the same time when there is the 6 Blademaster and 4 Gunslinger combo, her attacks don't register.
