BLACKSCREENS EVEN AFTER TRY EVERYTING ON NET,it looks like the link posted

Some one please help me with this horrible problem where the screen keeps going blank(/black) but the pc doesn't shut down or anything just keeps blinking ,I TRIED EVERYTHING .....(disabling display scalling{couldnt cause there was no option so overrided display scalling and tried every option available ie.application,system,system(enhanced)},as per the link changed the focus assist option ,unchecked windows error reporting with it some other option that i do not remember).....please any1 who can help please do
