I got 1st Place but I didn't got my LPs

Hi, I was playing rank mode this afternoon, my division is Sliver I 70LP, and I got 1st Place in the next game. But after that, I didn't get my LPs, which should promote me to the Gold IV definitely. Also, I was playing Elise, and one of her small spider kids didn't disappear after the game, and she took one of my waiting spots (1/10) forever. Sad
