Champs froze with 18 seconds left to the round

As per title, the game froze with my round having 18 seconds left.. I was sadly down to 2hp from before, but my comp was online and I had winning streak and was gonna win the game with guardian/draven comp, but because it timed out, I took damage and having had 2HP left from before, it eliminated me from the game..
