Items falling off in combat
every other round as the last 2 players mid fight all my items would "fall off" and lose all their abilities

PenthouseMack1 votesThe disarm doesn't make the items disappear. If you haven't seen what they are referring to then it is hard to imagine. It's happened to me twice. It looks like your item shoots across the screen in a wide arc like a shooting star actually leaving your champion.
