Items falling off in combat
every other round as the last 2 players mid fight all my items would "fall off" and lose all their abilities

are you sure its not the enemy using dissarm? (armor+mr)
This has happened to me a few times. When they fall off during the match, the shit looks like a shooting start of shitty league items.
If only they let you remove items you already built on a champ w/o this bug.. Definitely a needed option :)
