Not counting reward for my games

Soo this was going for 2 weeks now, I try to play, i do play games, after it it looks like i didnt play at all. Then I try to reload my client and after that i get my lp but i don't get orb thing counted (i had 3 of 5 played games and after 4 games i had same 3 games i had before ) and at same time my quests does not count my played games. I did report this bug or whatever, later it did count some of my process , but now when I get it again it's really annoying. What should I expect in future?
