I can't get the character that they are offering me

so when I finished my first match of league of legends, I was given the option to get one of 3 champions, Tristana, Caitlyn, and Ezreal. but when I try to click select the select and view abilities buttons go away like I am not clicking it. Please respond to this issue with feedback I can use
