Quest "have 3 combined items on a single unit" not finishing/updating

I just finished a match where on the last round I equipped my Vayne with the last missing item and when the game finished, the quest didn't update. I also won and other quests updated, so it's not about the delay.

My Vayne had quinsoo, runaan's and hush.

In second game I did equip my Yi with 3 combined items about mid-game, and the quest did update and I was able to claim reward.
