new player bug that you not be able to play the game at all

i just started playing the game with a new account, after my first blind pick i was offered the choice of 3 marksman to choose to own but i cant select any of them for some reason and submit and i am stuck on the same screen no matter how many times i close and open the client.

i have my account on auto sign in so i cannot escapse the selection screen, am i supposed to uninstall the client and make a new account?

edit: sorry if this in the wrong board to post and I bug go fixed somehow after I tried to close the client with task manager.
