Can't rejoin the game

Could Riot please fix this bug? The freezes at 100% loading screen. If you leave and rejoin you already in round 4-5 or even worse. So you missed tons of picks and u lose no matter what.

And actually after I had the same issue I deinstalled the game and reinstalled it. Now it keeps saying when I try to join I am in a game and I can't choose or do anything.....

Fix this ASAP.
