Yasuo Bug. Please Fix

He's my main in TFT and I know ways to almost always win with him but I immediately lose when he starts glitching out and will end up 2nd or 3rd due to glitching.

The bug is, when Yasuo Ults any nonCCable unit like Ulted Olaf, anyone with Cloak, anyone with Trap claw... Yasuo will not ult at all! Since he can't CC the target it sort of glitches out... but he should at least do the damage and the teleport... instead Yasuo will just yell SORYEGETHON! stay frozen in his place without teleporting for 0.5 sec and completely waste his ult with 0 damage.

So If say enemy Olaf has 3 items and he ults... my Yasuo will then not Ult the whole round till that Olaf dies and keep getting 0.5 sec stuns when his Ability Meter fills.
