hands-free technology doesn't allow me to left click in Team fight Tactics

Hi,

I am a gamer with a problem with my hands. Because of that I use hands-free technology to play games. I specifically use natural point by smartnav. However, there is a limit to which types of games I can play because it is not as effective as a mouse.

I regularly play hearthstone and a lot of my friends were recommending TFT. However, when I tried it out when I would try to click on the panels at the bottom it would not work in game. However, moving minions around did not seem to be a problem. However, if I take my actual mouse and click it (which I don't want to do because it hurts), then it works on the panels. However, if I use a hands-free click, which includes my dwell clicker, or a Dragon NaturallySpeaking commanded click, it does not work.

It appears that there might be something going on that blocks certain kinds of third-party clicks. I've searched the forums that have been unsuccessful in finding this though there does seem to be certain issues with left clicks. I'm not sure if they relate to me.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. I'm not sure if I would need some sort of special exception or something like that?
