GA failed to go off on Lucian

TFT game (I was out sometime just after 3 pm EST, finished closer to 3:15?) GA did not pop on 3*, 3 item Lucian. Think he was killed by an akali, happened the same time as an Asol skill so not sure. Took me out of the game so hope its easy to find! Don't have a link as not sure how to do that for TFT.
