Blitzcrank don't pull anyone and loses mana

Just like the title says, when battle starts, blitz automatically loses his mana and pulls no one. This is not him getting silenced, facing against assassins, none of that stuff. It's a clear bug where he just loses mana when a battle starts. I've seen this happen to multiple streamers, and I just experienced it myself last game.

Lol ive lost some rounds to this. Blitz doesnt pull who i expect and when he does get the mana suddenly my carry is pulled

I've experienced this too. Blitz will just walk forward without pulling and an empty mana bar.

Also make sure he has a spot to pull to or he doesnt pull
