TFT Spatule bug

I just played a game of TFT today. I had one spatula, and then when I reached raptors, I got another spatula. Luckily I had negatron cloak to make an unit LIGHT and get my 3 lights combo. I combined the items on Zed, and the next fight the items dissapeared. No more spatula no more Negatron cloak, no light bonus. :/
