Enemy Champion Stuck on Board

Been a while since I've seen this bug...

That enemy was stuck on my board for over a dozen rounds. I was able to place my champs on that space, but that didn't clear red warwick. I ended up in 1st place, and that wasn't 2nd place's Warwick, so eliminating the player didn't clear up the issue.

This happened on Aug/14/2019 on EUW at 16:29pm CET.
