Locket of the Iron Solari [BUG]

In my last game, my LotIS only buffed the two units next to the wearer on the right and left.

0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 1 1 X 1 1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 X= wearer 1= buffed 0= unbuffed areas

Also, going into another players area for a round would sometime display someone else items and gold bonuses on my side of the area.
