Item RNG to be disabled

I dont get it how can people have a difference of 3 or 4 items in end game. Instead of items you get about 10 gold. That's clearly tard as fuck.

I dont even understand how you thought it was fine just give the same numbers of items to everyone, having 1 gold instead of 1 item wtf... 0 iq riot
