Match History : Repeating crossbow

Hi,

Just spotted a bug on the match history. It shows the item on the last champ wearing the crossbow when you die.

For exemple on this screen, Braum is the original holder. But when i died, it was on Syndra, and Tresh?

Match history shows now 3 crossbow instead of one, wich can let people think i played many of them.

Not a huge bug, just sayin' it exists.
