Elises spider is a new champ in tft

So i was playing TFT and i got this bug, where elises spider is permanatly placed in your inventory , you can't sell it and if you play it it attacks your own team .. both as you can see are anoying . How did i achieve this well, i would have provided a video but tft doesn't have recordings . The closes i can tell how this happend is , I was trying to buy morgana mid fight but the clock was runing out some 2-3 seconds before the champs would change. so i locked the champ select bought morgana , unlocked it just as it would change the champs you can buy . It took my money didn't give morgana and i was stuck withe the little fuc..r.
