2 Bugs with Kindred Ult

I've sometimes been able to kill champions inside the kindred ult. and they were definitely inside the circle, not at the edge of it. (EDIT: This could've been a rank 3 kindred which allows champions inside to have a minimum of 900 HP) I've just now in a recent game been unable to deal any dmg to any close to full health champions inside kindred ult. (this happend with 4 Gunslinger build and it was very obvious with my 3 item lucian rapidly firing everywhere inside and the shots disappearing into thin air, and also it doesn't show any miss/dodge/damage indicators while doing so)

2: Was kindred rank 3 because her ult at that stage makes allies minimum health 900 (if I understand description right) inside ult.

I didn't know this, I'm not sure if it was a rank 3 kindred but this could possibly be what happend, I did notice all of them staying above 3 health bars.
