2 Bugs with Kindred Ult

1. I've sometimes been able to kill champions inside the kindred ult. and they were definitely inside the circle, not at the edge of it.

(EDIT: This could've been a rank 3 kindred which allows champions inside to have a minimum of 900 HP)

2. I've just now in a recent game been unable to deal any dmg to any close to full health champions inside kindred ult. (this happend with 4 Gunslinger build and it was very obvious with my 3 item lucian rapidly firing everywhere inside and the shots disappearing into thin air, and also it doesn't show any miss/dodge/damage indicators while doing so)
