Buffs not applying

Basicly i had 3 nobles, garen fiora and vayne and a darius 2 and none got the noble buff. Later that same game, a friend of mine put 2 dravens into play and had 6 other nobles, and one of the Dravens got the imperial buff. Simple bugs but though you could check it out.
