osx mojave 10.14.5 champion selection row bugged

Hello,

The row of champions at the bottom become randomly unselectable.

Usually if you hover over a champion, the tile becomes highlighted slightly. Sometimes all or a random champion cannot enter this state. When this state is not enterable, the tile is not clickable, and therefore not purchaseable.

As a result, I sometimes constantly have to mouse in and mouse out of the tile until it is clickable.

From there sometimes I can't just click, and must instead drag, and the drag does not always actually purchase the champion. Sometimes I drag it to an empty space on my champions list, and it will not purchase, and sometimes it is successful if I drag it directly onto another champion.

Sometimes an icon with a red pool shows up while attached to my cursor, and that prevents me from clicking anything until I get rid of it by clicking everywhere.
