Champions freeze during combat

And no i dont mean glacial freeze. Mid-fight, enemy 2* graves and my 3* elise with Hextech Gunblade and Sword of the Divine (dont ask) stopped moving/attacking. Other champions were still able to attack them however. Can also confirm this has happened in multiple games however in one of them the champs eventually became unstuck.

Worth noting that Overtime has no effect on being stuck.
