Lost Champions and skins

I'm a returning player, I haven't played for a year or two and when I went to go through my champions and skins, I've lost skins and champions out of no where! I checked my recent rp purchase and my history is gone so I cant confirm it. BUT, use to own Oriana and her dark star skin so I went to match history and I found the games I played with her, but its not in my LOOT! Please explain I want my other skins back and Ori. My Udyr skin has been lost too which makes no sense I paid for them.
