"Buy XP" button malfunction

Sometimes when selling a champion, I will accidentaly buy XP without even clicking the button. I believe the problem is that it registers a click on the "buy XP" button even when it's covered by the "sell champion" button.

I saw a discussion about this here and a post on reddit, so I know I'm not crazy. This has been happening for about a week.

Ah, I am noticing the opposite effect quite frequently: clicking the re-roll button, often doesn't re-roll, and the button stays shaded out, and must be re-clicked.

Feels like this is somehow related to the old bug where the store would just black out until a champion was sold.
