OCE - Games can't be started in party?

Can't start any games in a party in normals or ranked. Server status says everything is working correctly. Every time I try to start a game with my friends it says "players are not ready" and I can't see them in the party.

Tried restarting client, tried having someone else form party, nothing.

Glad to see that I'm not alone. I also can no longer party up and join a queue with friends.
