PBE TFT RANK: Travelling to Arena + No Damage bugs + Champs AFK

1st bug: Travelling to another arena+ damage dealt bugs are linked. If your team travels to another players' arena, the damage dealt chart shows nothing. (See pic for ref) However, team stays in home arena then the damage chart can calculate.

2nd bug: Moving screen is faulty on its own. It always move to the wrong player's arena. And then stay stuck there. Pressing spacebar does not work. However, if click on the mini map until you're at a different arena, then press spacebar, it will move back to your arena/map that you're meant to be on. This is causing a lot of problems, esp in the carousel stage. It takes too long to get to the carousel map. Heck, the first time it happens I thought I wouldn't even be able to pick.

3rd bug: Many champs are "afk". Many many many champs just randomly stand still on the map and not attack. So far in my games, I've spotted Nidalee, Elise(! Spotted it multiple times), Warwick, Aurelion Sol. I've checked they weren't stunned.
