My account got reset ?

So I have an account (level 25) that I played on and off for a while. Long story short, I entered the game and was level 1 and everything was reset. I've read other people saying they've entered the wrong account and then problem solved. I pressed 'forgot username' and after the entering my email it showed me 3 usernames attached to my email. I entered all of them and each one of them were saying to put a name in. (They got reset) Except the one I already tried going into. What do I do??
