Game freezes in champ select and its making me dodge every game

After i have declared champ and go in to ban face i freeze. i cant ban annyone and then im just frozen. then after 1 minute it comes up that i left during champ select and i get 30 min bans and loose lp.. Riot pls fix this.

EUW
