Infernal Veigar doesn't leave fire patch on execute

If you give veigar an infernal spatula while you have at least 3x Infernals, and his ult executes someone it won't leave the damage patch. If he doesn't get the execute it works just fine.

Probably intentional, as the execute deals 19999 damage, and the fire patch would instantly kill anyone stepping on it.

Yeah that was the idea I was going for when I tested it, so I figured it probably was intentional but it seemed weird it wouldn't leave a patch based off the normal (non-execute) spell damage, because then it's almost like you're being punished for leveling him up since he doesn't get the benefit of infernal.
