Hiya, I can see on twitch that some of us can actually play why some others simply cannot press the button to launch queuing as it is grey. Any solutions? Any idea why? In my case I can't play and wonder if I need to reinstall or so? It's a bit frustrating that some can finally start the ranked mode and some just can't...
Got a fix: Click the play button (the top left one) go to PVP set TFT to ranked and confirm, you're going to be in a lobby and able to search for a match.

I have the same issue here. I tried making sure that the game updated properly etc but didn't work. I tried changing regions and launching the client again. I also tried deleting the config file and starting the client again....

Workaround: Click "Play" top left on main menu (yup, the LoL one) -> select PvP (top left) -> select TfT
